This is some sort of dance dance revolution / Rock Band hybrid that has been Japanisized with their traditional drums! It was super fun though we only played once. You have to match the pattern by hitting either the flat part or the rim of the drum at the right moment, and then going crazy with hits during certain freestyle points. Loved it!
