Breakfast at Sumiya

We ventured out this morning and found a great, inexpensive place for breakfast rather close to the hotel. The cashier instantly offered us English menus, and we were all set. Most of the restaurants have easy to understand picture menus with prices outside, so it's not too scary to pick a place or order! Just point and smile! I had miso with pork, salmon, rice, tsukemono (some sort of marinated veggies), and a packet of seaweed. Stan had some sort of donburi bowl that had meat, veggies, spices, and rice all together. Our meals were around 500 yen apiece, not bad!
