We chose the Oak Hotel due to price and good reviews. It took some effort to navigate the public transit to get here but it wasn't too hard. It's good to see that all the signs have English translation, most folks speak English if they know you want them to, and there are maps everywhere!!
It was about a 20 minute walk from the train station to the hotel, which was a bit much with the baggage, but not terrible.
